37 weeks, exercise

I'm 37 weeks today and my body feels as if I've been hit by a bus! Can't sleep for more than a few hours due to hip pain. Been walking but what are some safe exercises that can help bring me some relief?!

I agree swimming is about the only thing you can do.that is what I did and you feel light as a feather instead of like a hippo!!

Barring that a nice soak in the bath with lots of warm water but no bubbles.

Swimming is very good as it has low impact on your joints, try to take things easy at this stage as your ligiments are relaxing due to your hormones and its easy to injure yourself as well
