baby movements feel like spasms

I can feel the baby moving around but it seems like he's been rolling around for hours now. And it feels kinda tight like muscle spasms but its like almost non stop. Its kinda hard to explain and I thought it could be braxton hicks cause it feels like uterus tightening but doesn't hurt but I can feel him moving during that time too. What is that?

It could be hiccups. When my baby moves she's just feels almost like a twitch. Other times her kicks are super defined and visible. Your probably feeling hiccups though. How far are you?
