40w and misarable

Today was my due date and my little boy still hasn't budged! My stomach is so hard and hurts sooo bad! He hasn't dropped yet and is a very big boy! It hurts to cough or laugh anything that flexes my abdomen. I can't get comfortable to sleep and I've been walking jogging dancing eating pineapple stimulating my nipples and still nothing. He's just so stubborn. I did finally lose my mucus plug today after a 30min walk. I'll be induced next week if he doesn't come I have a dr appointment Tue for an induction day. Being induced is the last thing I want! Anyone else have this problem? I'm a ftm please put my mind at ease.

I also drank a castor oil chocolate milk shake after my four mile walk, i think that helped put me in labor.

Yes. I was induced a week and a half after my due date with my first baby. I was in labor for 26 hours and pushed for two straight hours. A week before i was induced, i went into labor after walking four miles. Went to the hospital with contractions every four minutes but i was not dilating and didnt 100% efface. So they gave me an ambien and sent me home and it stalled my labor. A week later is when they had to induce me.
