Near End Pregnancy Questions.

So I am 33+3 today and excited to meet my baby girl..
What are some things I can do to (NOT to bring on labor) to prepare my body for birth?

Raspberry leaf tea I believe I've heard helps soften the cervix.
What other things are good to start doing around this time to make this as smooth as possible?

I've heard massaging your perineum can prevent any tearing or an episiotomy. A little too weird for me but lotsa women do it and its proven to work lol

Primrose oil helps to ripen the cervix. Lots of walking it helps baby drop.
