I'm 17w3d but for me what helped a lot was taking my prenarals at night. Taking them during the day never helped even with food. As long as your baby is growing ok and the heart beat is healthy don't worry too much about your weight. I've only gained one pound and I've been eating pretty healthy, now that I have an appetite, and my doc said the baby is fine. Now that I'm in the second trimester my weight should catch up. Your tummy will pop overnight. I was eager to show too. It literally was an overnight thing where my bump just popped.

Hi I'm 13 weeks 4 days too :).
You should be taking prenatal vitamins every day. Not just folic acid. When I was pregnant with my first son I couldn't eat and lost 20 pounds. I was very sick every day. I could only eat 3 bites of food. After about 3 or 4 months I started feeling better. With this pregnancy I only lost 5 pounds. I was sick and couldn't eat until around 11 weeks. It's different for everyone. Try ginger ale drink. Or ginger candy. To help with being nauseous. Eat crackers, gatoraide drink,  lots of water, bland food. Don't force yourself to eat. Just do the best you can.
