at the beginning of my pregnancy I could drink any kind of milk, now that I'm 22 weeks pregnant, when ever I drink milk I get upset stomach,and burning then the next day i have to drink ice water. what can I substitute for milk during my pregnancy?
I was craving milk so bad thru out most of my pregnancy. Even still I hit 35 weeks it just make me super bloated, to the point that it's very uncomfortable. I guess since I'm running out of room in my belly, so I stop. I know soy milk can make you gassy too but everyone is difference.
Soy is kind of bean so it make sense I guess.
Otherwise almond milk is good too.
