Your baby still get lot of room to move around. Can still flip a couple of time ever if he/she is head down already. So it's normal to feel kicks everywhere right now.
My doctor don't even talk about baby position until I get closer to 36 weeks.

I have no idea to be real honest. I'm 27 weeks and my lil girl moves all over the place, up high by my chest, really low, in my ribs, near my hips, etc. I just think she likes moving constantly because the only time she doesn't move is when my belly is up against my partner & she can hear his body (I'm guessing).

the babies bum is normally up near your ribs.  So there are going to be feet and toes in your ribs and arms and hands on your bladder.  Right now, baby has lots of room to move because she or he isn't all that big.  Your movements will get less when you are farther along and baby is bigger.  With my first baby it looked like he was riding a roller coaster in my belly!
