I just had my 37 week appointment and im 1 cm dilated and 75% thinned. Everyone is different though.

I wasnt dilated at all at 39 weeks. I am 41 weeks and 2 days and they checked Wednesday and i was only dilated 1 centimeter. But it's different for everyone. Some women will dilate 1 or 2 centimeters at 36 weeks and stay that way forever.
