what can i take for constipation?

Anybody having issues with constipation? Is there anything I can take? I am 7weeks pregnant I haven't had a good bowel movement in awhile which is why I think I feel sick most of the time

I take colace. Its a stool softener

I buy prunes, put them in a microwave proof dish, cover with boiling water and put in microwave for couple mins. Have the prunes on cereal or yoghurt and you can drink the liquid.. don't eat to many or you will get pains and the runs.

You can get stool softener. That's what my doctor told me to get.

High dose probiotic supplement,  kombucha tea, Kevita, exercise, and water

The doctor prescribed me some pills for constipation. There docusate sodium 100mg.  They work very well. Hope this help.

Water!!! Fruit and what the post says above me fiber it's your best friend lol

Drink lots of fluids and eat a lot of fiber,  i make fiber smoothies almost every day, also if you put prunes in boiling or hot water and let it soak for a little than drink that water and eat the prunes helps a lot with constipation!
