35+4 bad cramping 1cm dilated

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and have been having major cramping all day. Im not sure if its contractions but my stomach seems like its tightening every time I feel cramping around my pelvis. I tried to work through the pain all day but I doubt I will be able to work through it in the am. Last week I got checked and was one centimeter dilated and 40% effaced. I told myself I wasn't going back to the hospital until my water broke but I dont think this cramping is normal. Should I go to L&D or wait until my appt Wednesday??? What should I do???????

like every 10min I will feel cramping and sharp pains in my pelvis then is followed by the baby kicking. I can barely walk without hurting really bad. I don't want to wait and be really in labor this time without knowing

Are they regular can you time them? And only 15-25% of women have their water break on their own
