baby's heart rate dropping below 110 at 36 weeks should i be worried

i was hooked up to a fetal monitoring yesterday after i mentioned i hadn't felt the baby move that day, her heart rate kept fluxuating from 105 to 157.  after an hour of monitoring and having two doctors continuously checking on me she finally started to move and her heartbeat started to stabilize they let me go and ordered another ultrasound in 2 days.  I am still not feeling the baby move like the doctor told me she should... i only feel her move about once every few hours if that, should i be worried?

I only feel mine move ever time I drink something with sugar in it. But my doc said that is normal I wish I new if he was right because it scars me but what can I do he says that all is well. So the not moving thing seem normal to me.

I would do your kick count, lay down and feel how many times the baby is moving. If in an hour you are not getting at least 10 movments I would call the Dr, or if you are nervious about it just call and let them know, better safe then sorry. My friend noticed her baby was not moving much and they ended up having her come in for the C-section early.
