Just don't stress out about too much that is not good for the baby I don't know about the eating thing I don't like fish milk or cheese. So I just ate what I wanted and did what I normally do but the hole drinking thing is right too. I found out with 2 of my kids I was pregnant the day after I had gotten wasted and the doc said I was fine just now don't drink any more. Have fun and congrats
Just treat your body good!! Avoid caffeine, alcohol, raw fish/meat (cook red meat to well), take pre-natals (if your Dr. didnt give you one you can get some at Trader Joes or health stores), drink lots of water, heat up deli meat before you eat it, only eat pastorized cheese. You can live your life as you have just being a little more cautious. Most important, follow your gut if it doesnt feel right dont do it!
