I am almost 11 weeks and I lost 10lbs so far. My doc said its fine, in your 1st trimester you don't have to gain any weight.

Im 28 weeks and all i gained was 18 pounds, i gained 12 in 6 months and my last appointment on the 30th of last month i gained 6 in one month. With your first trimester you dont have to gain any weight, some women even lose weight its normal. Some women also maintain their weight further along into their pregnancy. My baby is measuring bigger than shes supposed to be and i gained 18 pounds. My son i gained 60-70 pounds and he came out 8.6 pounds lol.

I'm 18 weeks. I have fluctuated between losing three pounds and gaining three pounds this entire pregnancy because of morning sickness. Doctor said not to worry.
