back ache

Ive been having back pain like i pulled a muscle or have a bladder infection..ive been walking like an old person lol but im 38 weeks and 4 days..could it be labor pains or ??

Its the first time ive ever felt this way lol my stomach is tightening alot too but idk ill just have a bath n see how i feel in the morning thanks

To me it just sounds like regular pregnancy back pain or thats how mine usually feels anyway. If you are worried you can call your doctor or l&d
