back from ultrasound -- almost 22 weeks

nothing but news to post this time....cervix is holding at 2.7 today (its up .2)...doc said this is good and to not change anything i have been doing....they are expecting my labor to go quickly and they also said that a best guess right now would put my delivery between sept 10-20....

ok the baby....its for sure a GIRL....the tech showed me the labia today and confirmed with confidence its a girl...im soooo happy...i can stop second guessing this....the baby was punching with one arm and kicking with both legs nicely today....she was laying straight across my belly with her legs up....she is measuring a week ahead (at almost 23 weeks)...which is why they are expecting my delivery to be much sooner....regardless she is healthy and everything is going sooo well

once i hit 24 weeks she is considered viable and im have so much confidence ill make it to 24 weeks and beyond....im getting super excited at this point

next u/s is june 21....next ob appt is 6/8....im getting there :)

thank you again everybody....im so thankful for modern day medicine helping me to sustain a healthy preg....im really overjoyed right now and ill keep hoping that this baby stays strong and holds on to make it to her induction date

Yay! I love the pics!!! I had my anatomy scan today and saw the classic 3 lines for the girl so now I am really going to revel in actually having a little girl! I think it is so awesome that everything is going well for your little girl and I am glad that she is doing so well and growing and being strong!

LOL...i actually saw the 3 lines today...i wish the tech would print those pics so i wouldnt have to second guess myself but he pointed out the labida to me and said that is for sure a girl...so i cant second guess it anymore

we are not sure of where we are going to be living in aug so there is no nursery right now...the furniture is being picked up next month and then will sit until we figure out where we are going to be living

its pretty stressful but we'll figure it out

Is hubby going to paint the nursery pink now?! LOL! It's so hard not knowing the gender if you're someone who desires to know. I always second guessed my first two daughters' gender but when I saw the THIRD baby girl's genitals I said, "Girl" before the technician did. LOL!

YAY!!! I'm so happy for you!  Ugg I wish week 35 would hurry up and get here I want another ultrasound :(  My next ob isn't until June 17th.   Seems like an eternity away, but then again I look back at the month of May that's almost gone and think "wasn't it JUST may 1st??"
