Im not sure but if you are having back pain labor get on all fours with your upper body slightly higher than your knees and sort of rock back and forth. This will help the baby re-position, thus releaving the back pain labor.

Ive read that the correct position from the baby to come out is with his/her face towards your bum. This is the best position because the back of the head is the largest part and when the back of the head is faceing your bum it puts extra pressure on your pelvis, causing "back-labor pain".

I had back contractions too I was 30 wks they were unbearable & I had a headache and occasionally trouble breathing bc of the contractions. It may be. You can go to labor & delivery if you think that's what they are. Or give your Dr a call

I cant afford a chiropractor. But that's not the issue here. I need other advice.. Has anyone else experienced this?

The heating pad helps a little but not much. And walking made it worse.

Im at 33 weeks, And abdominal discomfort was a big deal for me along with back pain, so i stole all the pillows in my house pretty much built a pillow fort for my back, and as for the abdominal discomfort, I couldnt really find anything to help with that, The doctor told me to drink more water, (which I had already been doing... Just saying) and all that did was make me pee more than I already had been. So water does not help, atleast in my experience but just try it and let me know how it works (:
