back pain remedies

Im Almost 20 weeks and for the past week I've been having back pain like achy.  Any remedies besides medicine that will help ? Thank you :)

A heating pad. I go 10hr shifts every day. Thats the first thing I do when I get home, is put the heating pad on my back. It works miracles.

U can just not when ur in ur last few months bc they say it can induce labor and if its too hot can make the baby warm. Try to keep it to where it doesnt turn ur skin red. Im 23w and my heating pad is my best friend. Also invest in a muscle cream. My fave is biofreeze ! If ur able have ur SO or someone rub ur back using it.
