The best way to naturally get rid of a headache is lots of water and sleep. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, and sodium as that will make it worse. If you want to, take regular strength tylenol, and try eating some green veggies just in case your iron is low.

Im 15 weeks and have been having horrible headaches my doc said that they are not real sure why pregnant women get them so bad but he says its bc of all the extra hormones. I find that if i stay very hydrated it helps

I'm FTM and very early but I'm having terrible headaches too. Try Tylenol honey but do not take advil or the like. I've heard Tylenol is the only safe choice for pregnant women. : )
