I've had severe back and hip pain throughout the pregnancy my doctor told me that this is normal because your back is arching out more in an in natural position plus depending on where your baby is sitting it could affect the amount of pain...I have problems with my syatic nerve which causes sever back pain and because I'm carrying low it puts even more pressure there...

I have severe back pain also, and I went to the doctor and he said I sprained my back. I probably lifted something too heavy. The heaviest thing I lifted was a basket of clothes for laundry, so it really could be anything. He told me to relax as often as possible, use heat pads and take regular strength tylenol if I need to. But definitely make sute to go check with your doctor, there are a couple other things it could be too. Hope you feel better soon!

If your back pain is severe your doctor will understand. Don't risk you and your baby's safety because he or she might be bothered a little. It's their job love. If it gets worse or doesn't let up please call your doctor to make sure you two are okay. ;(
