back pain..

My Name Is Brittany im 18 yrs old n 6 weeks pregnant. . At the age Of 16 I Was Told That I Had A Slipped Disk In My Lower Back So I Have Had Constant Back Pain Since. Im Expecting the Pain To Get Worse With My Pregnancy As It Already Is And Im Jus Wondering If There Is Anything That Could Possibly Help With The Pain? Or Help Ease It?

Hey girl I have a slipped disk in my upper back by my neck and I take Tylenol extra strength, two pills. It's worked for me so far! Unfortunately there's not much we can take during pregnancy :( talk to your doc though I know there's some meds you are allowed to take for that if Tylenol isn't strong enough!

My midwife said Tylenol extra strength is good for pain. Of course my pain is mostly headaches/migraines right now. I'm starting to get back pains but not enough to take meds yet
