My midwife said Tylenol extra strength is good for pain. Of course my pain is mostly headaches/migraines right now. I'm starting to get back pains but not enough to take meds yet

Hey girl I have a slipped disk in my upper back by my neck and I take Tylenol extra strength, two pills. It's worked for me so far! Unfortunately there's not much we can take during pregnancy :( talk to your doc though I know there's some meds you are allowed to take for that if Tylenol isn't strong enough!
