back pain

I am having really bad back pain on my right side and no matter what I do nothing helps. Any suggestions?

Last Tuesday I went to the hostipal because the right side of my back hurt so bad. It went from the right side to my abdoman as well. Turns out my kidney was dilated. You might want to call your Dr. He  couldnt do anything for me though. He told me to lay on my left side and take some Tylenol. What helped me was putting a really hot towel on my back. I hope that's not it. I've been in pain for almost a week now and I can barely do anything. My back pain has gone away but there is pain in my abdoman.

It's definitely worth a call to your dr. How many weeks are you? I've had sciatica pain through both pregnancies and it started about 17 weeks and never went away:(

Maybe. It goes from my back to my abdomen. Its been putting me into tears

Could it be your sciatica? I have pretty bad back pain on my right side, near my hip bone. My Dr recommended physical therapy.
