does anyone know how to relief backpain?
for some reason my body pillow always works for everything n.n!!!!
for when my belly hurts I hug it and wrap my legs around it and it relieves my pain and when its my back i do the same, I place my body pillow on my back and it makes wonders:)

Yes mine was hurting super bad last night. I tied my heating pad around my back and went to sleep. I love that thing. In fact I am taking it with me to the hospital lol
just got relieved last night.. nothing beats a wonderful massage hun.. 37 weeks and my back is just killing me.. hubby decided to give
me a wonderful massage to get me through the night..
