Heating pad on the back, hot shower, I also found that pregnant yoga helps mine a lot!! I like PREGNANCY YOGA: VIDEO ONE on YouTube she's pregnant and takes it slowly.
depending how far along u are try a hot bath with bath beads it always me and relaxs me so much. u dont have to use the bath beads if u dont wanna or try a heading pad or muscle rub some people prefer not to use that but it can help just ask us doctor which was they want u to use. hope one of these work for u good luck
