I have just started getting this achey but very painful back pain but it first started on my left radiating to my front. Now its my whole lower back and occasionally radiating to the front on my left side. Is this normal? What can i do to make it feel better :-(

warm bath,
icey hot (very little) ,
tylenol extra strength (2 tablets),
if its not gone after that,
id call my ob.(::
