I used the herbal heating pack that works pretty good for me. And just taking it easy. For me i noticed that when it is sore walking and doing stuff makes it worse when i sit in my recliner and relax it will get better or stop it from getting worse. I also learned that sitting in hard chairs like my dining table chairs makes my back hurt more as well. Like right now i walked alllllll day brough5 my christmas tree home and fixed it with my 3 year old and now i can bairly walk and if i sit i dont think i can get up lol hang in there
I was going to the chiropractic school once a week my hole pregnancy. This helped a hole lot with my back pain. I had back problems before getting pregnant so the vista helped me tons. Biofreeze helps to relax the muscles too. You could get a massage to help too! Hope this helps
I have the same issue. It's so painful. I asked my MW what I could do to relieve the pain and she said really nothing but, if you stretch your back against a wall or put a hot compress or bath should relieve it. She said you just deal with it till after you deliver. :(
