I had it once because of a miscarriage. it happens to women who are pregnant all  the time! it has nothing to do with multiple sex partners!

Now I read that the bacterial infection clears up on its own on men so should I just keep using condoms so he doesn't keep giving it back to me or not?

The medicine I prefer is metronidazole vaginal gel usually used 1 time for 5days and after the first dose yor symptoms usually go away and after 3 days you feel fine but take the last 2 doses because I'm sure that there's a reason lol

I had it before i was pregnant and it suxs but idk why they'd tell you its from multiple sex partners..... its usually a ph imbalance.  My doctor said it could even be from washing with soap down there.... when normally all our body needs is warm water because the vagina has its own cleaning system with its own chemicals. You should be fine girl just nooo sex till the medicine is gone... you could give your partner a bacterial infection as well.

I had it a lot before I got pregnant, using a non scented body wash worked for me. And I was told it's the ph level.

It's normal even before pregnancy. Just like a yeast infection. Our vaginas are very sensitive I mean to the point where you're really only supposed to wash with water down there no soap, but I mean less get real no one is going to not use soap lol. Don't stress just use the medicine and don't wear tight undies

Oh ok. My doctor gave me flagil or however you spell it, but its not taking care of it so I called to get a different prescription. I just hate feeling uncomfortable. I'm relieved that its not a STD cause I would definitely have some questions for my hubby. How long does it take to go away?

Yeah it's NOT an Std, it cannot be passed or get infected, it's your own body Ph levels. There's more bad bacteria than good.

I believe it's normal in pregnancy, I hate how it always says multiple partners when us pregnant women only have one patner. -_- and that's not the only reason, it can be douching, feminine odor spray, etc etc

My doctor told me it's from a chemical imbalance in your ph levels I've had it my whole life even before I was sexually active! And I've only been intimate with 1 person other than my husband. It's treatable what did your doctor give you? It's actually not any form of an std so don't worry! And don't get upset thinking maybe your husband is sleeping around either! Pregnancy does some pretty wicked things to your body and this may not be the last flare up you get I've had it 2 times in my pregnancy 5 days of medicine and it's gone!

My doctor told me it was just from having sex, its a common problem your body can have.

I just found out I had it blast week at my doctors appointment, but what I don't understand is it says you get it from multiple sex partners? When I've only been with my husband.  And we still use condoms cause since I been pregnant I seem to be pretty sensitive to his semen so we use them so I don't feel burnt down there after sex.
