I had metro gel for 5 nights and it went away, keep changing your underwear to stay fresh since you get a lot of discharge meanwhile having this infection. Its normal during pregnancy and it can come back after treatment.

Soo no sex? Until I get check up? But they say it doesn't have to do with sexual intercourse

Like the lady above said, try not to have aex during treatment.  It can be caused from what you are eating and hormones also. Try to cut down on sugar in your diet and also anything with starchy or yeasts- breads etc. This was advice I got from my Dr at the start of my pregnancy I had bv. I can only imagine how you are feeling. I hope this helps. And best of luck to you.  :)

Sadly flagyl is the best medication to get rid of bacterial vaginosis. Since you are allergic it may take a few treatmemts with something else in order to clear it up. I'd just continue the second course of clindamycin and see if that works
