stabbing pain in lower tummy? 11wks

I'm 11 weeks  and have been feeling stabbing pains in my lower stomach,  not painful but very noticeable , any ideas on what it could be

Im 11 weeks as well, and Ive been feeling the same things, when i sneeze and cough sometimes it hapoens as well, mostly during the first couple of hours im awake

I get that too I'm almost 11 weeks now but it has been going on since about week 6. It feels like everything is just stretching and growing inside.
