I'm going to try that !! Better late than never ! (:
Try buying fresh veggies and work those into your diet. I make fresh veggies with all my meals and bake everything! I'm also on a water diet 3 to 4 28oz jugs a day!!!

Well idk about the blood circulation but they had told me that I was anemic so does that have to with it? Trust me if they were my kids I wouldn't feed them junk food , they are my sister-in-law kids and she's always buying them junk food..., I'm pregnant with my first baby
I'm 34 weeks and gained that much, mine isn't concerned cuz she's felt around and most of it is the swelling and bloating. I wasn't very heavy to begin with, though, mostly muscle with some fat. I'd say she's more concerned that your weight gain is going to affect your blood pressure and circulation. Which it could, depending on how much overweight you were to begin with. And I know it's tough, but your kids should also not be having much junk food either sweetie :s it's terrible for metabolism development
Is it maybe bc I was overweight to begin with ?
I've gained 48 all together and mine done seem concerned at all
I've gained 35 pounds and I'm 30 1/2 weeks
If,you dont mind me askin how many pounds have you gain
I am trying my best , but since there are kids in the house they always have junk food so I get tempted :/
Listen to your doctor. You shouldn't actually eat for two unless you're following the diet you're supposed to, which is light proteins, little to no starches, plenty of fresh veggies and fruits.
