Sleeping?

Does anyone know if it would hurt the baby to lay/sleep on my stomach? Is there a certain side I should lay on?

I've heard of full body but not pregnancy pillow. I will have to look into that!! :) I also have another question, I'm sorry. :( I was told that if you sleep with your hands over your head it can wrap the umbilical cord around the babys neck, is that true??

Its not good to sleep on you're stomach and the whole laying on you're side  doesn't need to be taken literally you can lay on you're back and put a wedge on one side of you're hips to Give you a slight elevation towards one side and you will be fine. That's what my high risk ob told me :)
