bakingSoda and lemon juice

Is it okay to still brush my teeth with it while pregnant?

Thank you all!!Ima go brush my teeth now lol.And ya its great with whiten teeth and its healthier then going to the dentist and whiten them

You're fine. I'm a hippie. I use baking soda for everything. Most tooth paste had baking soda in it to help with whitening.  And lemon is a nature disinfectant. Plus helps with being morning sickness/belly aches.
The only thing you might want to worry about is the acid in it effecting your teeth. Then again.. that's no different then drinking oj or eating pickles.

I do the same thing and I've been fine!! Everyone always asks how I keep my teeth so white! Best trick ever!

The acid in lemon I can understand but lemon has a high level if magnesium in good for u and baby. And baking soda isn't acidic at all. Idk how it could be harmful. U may want to try research. But. If u using it for a few months I doubt there will be damage seeing as how we have to use things for a long time to have a long affect on our body. But do the research.

I went through this phase where I drunk nothing but lemon juice. So I know that's fine for u. I also know someone that would brush her teeth with baking soda during pregnancy
