That must be the trick! i shouldn't eat too much of it, coz i feel kind of uncomfortable after like 4 or 5 piece, i could stay off but i love bananas, so I'll try and keep it down,thanks ladies.
They are good for the potassium but no more than one per day as they can also make you constipated.
They are high in potassium, which is good for you, and helps prevent muscle cramps if you happen to be having those.....They give me a belly ache, so I stay away from them.....Other than that I'm not sure that they are any better for you than other fruits.
