Advice from already mommies

I'm 37 weeks and 3 days and my fiance is talking about having another baby after this one, now although I'm thrilled that he wants more kids I kinda wanted to wait atleast 3-4 years..am I being selfish? I don't want anymore children after I turn 25.

Not selfish at all. I know my hubby was the same but after having a long talk he understand that one for now so we both cam give him undivided attention after he learn to be a little Independent then we'll reconsider.

I agree. I think you should wait a little. My daughter is gonna be four the 27th of this month and I think the age difference is great. She's old enough to go to the bathroom by herself, clean herself, entertain herself etc. I'll be able to be with the baby without worrying too much about her. Good luck!  :)

Not selfish at all! You are entitled to your own age difference preference! we had our first at 19, and now we are having our second (and last) at 22. My daughter is 3 when our son comes, i think its a good age difference. Now i get another baby experience which is nice since my little girl is not a baby i really missed having an infant in the house. :) plus shes out of diapers already which i like not having 2 kids to change!

This is a big decision for you and your fiance to make. I know mine wants one right away but I know my body and the well being of the kids and told him I'd like to wait atleast a year. Good luck!
