bassinet?

Wondering if I should buy a real bassinet or the pack n play with the bassinet and changing table? Which do you ladies prefer? And the infant car seat stroller combo or should I invest in the rear and front facing car seat and a separate stroller? The rear/front facing car seat seems huge compared to a newborn but I wont have to buy another car seat when baby is big enough to sit facing the front? Agh so many decisions? Which do you ladies prefer?

This is my third, got infant seat, stroller combo for 3rd time. It saves time when getting in & out of car! So much easier than having to get baby in &  out of seat. I have never got a bassinet, always just playards. My baby is 8 so they were a lot more simple back then, this time we did get one that has bassinet & changing table included. I am looking forward to using it when she arrives next week. Seems like it will help make things so much simpler than crib, bassinet, & changing table in separate rooms!

im also for the pack n play with bassinet and changing table. thats the one i want to get mostly because i am going to breast feeding and i want my son to be near me to make it easier for us. then i can use it for him to play in when hes older. and i think im going to get the car seat and storller combo way cheaper. :)

I would do pack and play they last a couple of years where bassinets are outgrew in a dew months...and I would do a infant seat if u don't then u will have to take the baby out of the carseat everytime u stop the infant seat is so much easier...I never used a stroller but it is nice for women who go a lot of places.

I say the pack n play only like stated above they grow out of the bassinet way too fast and a pack n play you can have for awhile...and I would def buy the combo stroller and carseat because its way easier to handle baby in an infant carseat when they are newborn and they make great rockers lol

I bought the bassinet and a pack n play...I only bought the bassinet because my husband doesn't want the baby sleeping with us in the bed and I got the pack n play for the living room when I am trying to get the housework done...the bassinet was really cheap I think I paid like $40 for it

As for the carseat I also got the combo, it just seems more convenient at the time when they are little so yu don't have to take the baby out and hold him/her and carry wherever

I do plan on getting a convertible carseat in the future but.for now I'm sticking with the infant one

As for the basinet and pack n play I had both, I ha the basinet in my room and the pack n play downstairs, but if your on a budget I would do the pack n play because you can use that as a play pen as your child grows. And as for the carseat I prefered the infant one its easier to carry your baby in there say you go somewhere and have to put her down to write or do whatever its easier with the seat, and I feel they stay warmer if your having a winter baby. But honestly its all up to you and your preferences :)
