bathroom issues
The past couple of times I have threw up, I have ended up peeing on myself. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm embarrassed but I can't stop my bladder.
Yup happens to the best of us doc told me to do kegals it helped some but I still sit on the toilet and hold a trash can or my declarative bowl .
Ya with my second baby I did all the time I was so embarassed. What I did was I would sit on the toilet like I am gonna pee and I will grab a bucket or garbage can that way when I throw up I don't worry about peein myself. I am 7w 4d with my third and I am already doing even it even though it hasn't happened....Haha embarrassing
Totally normal. Just wait till it starts happening when you cough or sneeze lmao.
