beer salt?
does anyone know what that is? i use to love it so much when i wasn't pregnant. but right now i have the craving for it bad like my mouth is watering just thinking about eating it. is it bad for the baby? does it actually have beer in it or is it just beer for your salt? i really really want it and can't believe I'm craving it but does anyone what it is and if its good for the baby?
Im sure if you limit your salt in take. If you had a lot salt through out the day i wouldnt try it. Maybe next doc visit ask about salt.
I think its just a type of salt to go in beer. But a loy of salt isnt good for or the baby.
