Braxton hicks !!! HELP

So I'm almost 37 weeks and everytime I empty my bladder I get very painful braxton hicks contractions and back pain. But then it goes away. Anyone else experience this?

Me too! They're horrible but only after I pee /: anyone know what it's from?

I am having really bad ones the past 3 days and im 27 weeks

I'm 23 weeks and I've had these I know the feeling get rest and if you have a heating pad put that on your back and lay in bed with your feet on a pillow. Drink a lot of water also.
