Hey im 20weeks , when should I stop laying on my back?

Ha ha I just re read my comment. Oops, I meant I force myself to lay on my SIDE not back. Sorry about that

At 20 weeks i was told to lay on my side. I try but in the morning i wake up on my back lol

If you prop yourself up so is like you are sitting in a recliner you can sleep "on your back" a little longer. That's what my doctor told me at that point. I did that a few weeks and then even that was uncomfortable so I have forced myself to lay on my back

Yes!
Laying on your back can restrict blood flow to your baby.
