belly growing fast?

i'm about 4-5 weeks pregnant, didn't go to a doctor yet, and i think i'm showing..i'm average weight, and i gave birth to a baby boy seven months ago, since then i had a great appetite and i've gained few kilograms..i'm not over weight...and i think my belly got bigger over the few weeks, i googled it and lots of women say that with second pregnancy their clothes started being tight from 4,5, or 6 weeks, and that jeans wouldn't fit them anymore... i didn't think i'd start showing so early? :/ i'm not bloated..  and i don't think its because i eat a lot.. (i actually didn't eat loads for about a week, because of nausea)
is anyone else here, second time pregnant and showing early?
could it be twins? (i haven't went to doctor yet, so no ultrasound or heartbeat)
and my breasts are bigger aswell, just about fit into my bra :/ with my first pregnancy my breasts didn't get bigger at all...
and i showed my belly to my fiance and he said i must be more than 4-5 weeks looking at my belly :/

@mommypaws  I'm a third time mom n I'm exactly the same weeks as u and I have a great appetite with no sickness ( thank God) but I'm not showing not even my husband that I stay  naked on front knows that I'm pregnant so as everybody told u yes it's bloated in my 2nd pregnancy with twins I didn't start showing till I was about 4 months going on 5 so even with twins u can't b showing that early

At 5 weeks, your baby is roughly the size of a seseme seed, so I would think it highly unlikely for you to be showing at 5w, without it being bloating.

One of the most common reasons why the tummy grows more quickly in second or third (etc) pregnancies is a lack of muscle tone in the abdomen. After having one or more babies, the muscle strength does not return to what it was when the first pregnancy occurs. There is also the age factor to take into consideration. The older the expectant mother, the less muscle tone she may have in the abdomen.   If the abdomen muscles are not strong enough, the bloating caused by progesterone will simply look larger than it would in other cases. The stronger the abdominal muscles are, the more apt they are to hold in that pregnancy bloat.

I read a lot too, but not from google, that's like diagnosis bingo tbh, I read researched facts and information, having access to unlimited nursing and medical journals from working as a qualified healthcare professional x

AND SUMMERGIRLY when I bloat pregnant or period my stomach is hard.... at 4 weeks this time i looked 3 months pregnant and my stomach was super hard.

I'm on my third pregnancy.. I've never made it out of first ttrimester until this baby. I'm 15 weeks tomorrow. Idk what time mother u would count me as. I have angel babies but no living. But at 4 weeks I was huge. People said twins I was thinking my last period was a fluke period and maybe I was further along. Well I got to six weeks and my belly wasn't soo round leading me to believe it was just me bloating. My belly has slowly gotten bigger and more pregnant looking the last month. :)

I did not say you were uneducated. I am just trying to answer your question the same Ariel was. You said you've been reading but reading would tell you that yes, 2nd time moms show earlier, but no, an embryo thats 1/20 of an inch is not going to cause you to show. I'm done arguing about it though. You asked a qusstion, we tried to answer it for you. But you're only reading what you want to hear. So I'm done.
