They Say A Good Time To Take A Test Is The Day Of Your Expected Period, And First Thing In The Morning Because Thats When Your HCG Levels In Your Urine Are The Highest.
Usually the hormones can be more strongly detected if you use your first urine of the day after you sleep, but I took a pregnancy test at 7PM and it came out positive.
