bh contractions? all night?

Im 37w4d and ive been having bh contractions all night. At 11 pm i timed them and they were irregular after an hour or 2 i decided to go to sleep. Well i woke up and the first thing i noticed is... Im still having contractions! Im uncomfortable but not quite in pain. Maybe slightly crampier than last night.  Is this false labor? Im going to call my doctors office in an hour or 2 and ask if i should go in to l&d and get a stress test just in case.. What is this??  Could it be early labor?

More than six in an hour and you need to go to L&D.

Thanks! Hopefully. I was induced with my first so i dont know what beginning of labor even feels like. Im uncomfortable! I want to drive over and say check my body whats it doing but i know they will probably send me away since im not in pain.
