at the point where

I'm not really feeling too pregnant...just kind of tired. Do you think it'll come more real when i go to my first dr. Apt? I'm 15 weeks.

Finding out the gender made it real for me. From like 13 weeks to 19 weeks I didn't look or feel pregnant and wasn't sick anymore to remind me I still was. Now she moves constantly & I'm showing.  It will happen just give it some time :)

I felt the same way. I didn't have any symptoms, except no period and nauseous at times. I still didn't believe I was pregnant, even when I went in for my ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy. There wasn't much there so I was in denial I think. But it all became real to me last week (13 weeks) when I heard the baby's heartbeat. It was so beautiful that I cried. I had my first appointment this past Thursday for a pelvic exam and all of that expected stuff and when the doctor said that the baby was just below my belly button and that I would soon be able to feel it move, it was even more real. I have my first ultrasound next week so hopefully it'll be more exciting. Congrats and good luck!
