biracial babies

Hey ladies I just wanted to see if anyone is expecting biracial babies?  My little man is going to be half white and half black.  Im excited for him to get the best of both worlds and best of both cultures. Unfortunately I know society as a whole doesnt always accept mixed babies and a part of me is nervous what he may go through but i think all moms have concerns no matter what they may be.  Have any of you ladies experienced this or are going to?

I'm half white, half taiwanese and hubby is 100% puerto rican. I went to like an all hispanic bilingual academy and people would call me "half-breed" cuz i was mixed ): lol.

Amanda,  I see you live in NJ.  If you live in a major metropolitan area,  your baby will be absolutely fine.  If you live in a tiny rural area it's harder.

In a cosmopolitan area,  there are lots of cultures,  lots of acceptance and welcoming of diversity.

My baby is half Mexican quarter white and quarter Native American. The dad is Mexican and I make up the rest :)

We're having a native American + Irish (baby daddy) and Irish + German + native American (me) baby.
i always pictured myself with a black baby but I'm so happy to have found my fiancé :) wouldn't trade him for the world <3

I am biracial n yes i always say i got the best of both worlds and we are beautiful lol. But let me just say society excepts it so much more now then they did 20 yrs ago. You will have very few who look down on it because it is so common. So don't worry to much now a days every one is mixed with something lol

I am Irish and my husband is English and Scottish. Not really biracial, but my very traditional family does not really accept him. In fact, they claim his family is evil lol
