birth control... pregnant?
I've been on the implanon birth control since about April 2013. Well, my (now ex) boyfriend had unprotected sex multiple times. The birth control has made my period stop. Is there any way I could be pregnant?

I could feel it in my arm I didn't like the feeling of it but I know a girl who got it put in her arm after she had a baby and carrying the car seat caused her implonon to bend not break but bend. If you don't do much like heavy lifting you shouldn't have a problem if the Dr. placed it in correctly
If you research Implanon failure rates, in clinic trials there haven't been any pregnancies while a woman has been on implanon.
But in the real world, about 1 in 200 women on implanon get pregnant within the 3 years they use it. It's thought that is because the implant never actually was placed in the woman's arm - that is, it got stuck in the needle thing and the woman was in fact, not on an implanon at all.

It is just something you will have to deal with if you are pregnant. My pregnancy was planned so I don't have to deal with that but there are plenty of single mothers that do it they struggle till they get the hang of it but that is the consequence you have because you had unprotected sex. However if you keep worrying yourself your just going to make more excuses to think you are pregnant. I did the same thing to myself multiple times while on implinon. You just have to relax and calm yourself down.
I got pregnant on the implant and i'm currently 27 weeks 3 days but when I found out I was pregnant and was having it removed it was snapped in half so that was the reason why xx
I'm worried that if I am pregnant, how am I going to do it by myself. The dad has told me that if I am pregnant it isn't his, and that he wants nothing to do with me or the child.
After I have my son in a couple weeks I plan on being put back on the implinon because it was the only birth cotrol that didn't seem to mess with my body and plus I would still be able to breastfeed when were you suppose to get your period? And how late are you?

I had been on implanon for a year and a half when I found out I was pregnant with this new little one. So it's definitely possible I just don't know what the chances are cuz my bf and I were having unprotected sex that entire year so the birth control must of been working for at least a while. I'd take a test just to be sure.
I was on tho implanon for 3 years and NEVER got pregnant. The chances are slim to none. Possible but very very very very rare. I always tested because I would doubt it but when I removed it and I got on the pill. I got pregnant on the pill.
It is totally possible to become pregnant on Implanon. There was a big scandal a few years ago in the UK because there was a faulty batch and a lot of girls became pregnant. Go see the Dr and get a test. You need to know
I was on the implinon implant for the full 3 years and I had unprotected sex a few times I even tried to call my Dr. and ask for then to prescribe me the plan b pill and she refused since I was on the implinon. I wouldn't get to worried about it when I first got on the implinon I didn't get my period and then I ended up moving back in with my mom where I was around a bunch of girls and ended up getting my period again. Don't get to worked up over it or you will stress your body out to the point where you will think you really are pregnant.
I really need to go get a test. I'm going to do what I can to go get a few from the dollar store.
Look my sister hasn't had a period in 18 months abd then found out she was pregnant and shes due june 15th 3 days after im due so it is very possible to get pregnant without having a period and ur best bet is to by a few tests and go from there but u could just go have a blood test and it'll tell u how far along u are .... if u are pregnant
I will have to tell her as soon as I find out so the doctors appointments can be made. I want to keep the baby if I am pregnant. I will be taking prenatal vitamins just in case until I can find.
Ask a friend to get the test for you. Either way your mom will find out if you are eventually and there are other methods if you nor daddy want/can afford to keep the baby. But you really need to find out so that you can have the proper prenatal care the baby and you need...
I just can't get away from my house. My mom keeps me under her nose. I was put on probation about 5 months ago from having weed stems at school. I haven't smoke or drank anything in almost 6 months now, but she still won't let me go anywhere with out her.
Clear blue or just get dollar store test and from those symptoms its sounds like u r pregnant. And yes u can go to doc for test it confidintial they can not tell ur parents its against law

Is there a brand of regnancy test you would reccomend? I'm just really worried. My mom will kill me (figurateivly) if i m pregnant. And the (possible) baby's dad doesn't want anything to do with it.
Same with me I didn't have a period with the pill I was on, but still got pregnant!
Ive been very moody as of lately. I've had lower back pain for about a week now. I've had a small discharge kinda mucusy. I pee probably about 20 times a day anymore. I've been getting sick every morning around 5ish
