headaches/migraines

I suffer from headaches and migraines and it seems since I got pregnant thats all I have been getting.  Today my head hurt so bad it caused me to throw up. I told my doctor the other day about having these multiple headaches and migraines and all she told me was that most likely I will continue to have them. I dont want to go for another six months like this. I try to drink enough water, and eat snacks as much as I can throughout the day. I wouldnt say Im stressed either. Im always laying on the couch with a ice pack glued go my head. Im not a medicine taker but been doing it a lot lately but not going over the amount that is stated in a 24 hour day. I dont know what else to do. I feel like I have tired everything. Anyone else know a trick I could try??

Mine can start in the morning and last all day. Today ot started I laid down but ended up sick and after that took a nap woke up and still had it. Im drinking tons of water and I took some medicine and nothing its still there. Im going to have to try to track it and when I go back im going to have to talk to the nurses cause like I said I cant do this for another six months. Thanks for the tip and I hope I do to.

I use to get migraines and I started tracking my daily activities because I was getting them at the same time each month. And it turns out if was my birth control. I would get them exactly one week before my period was due. and they would be so painful I would throw up and almost pass out. After I stopped taking them, I haven't had a migraine since(hence why I'm pregnant lol)  Sometimes its something you're eating or doing that causes them. I'm pretty sure there is a medication you can get specifically for it, not sure if its safe for pregnancy though. Hope you feel better, I feel for you.

My aunt told me to take a couple of sips of Coca Cola. With my last migraine, I took a couple of sips of Pepsi and laid down and my migraine went away. Tylenol does nothing for migraine sufferers.

Lights, sounds, and stress can do it for me. Im not chocolate eatter and dont eat much cheese. I was told to maybe drink a soda but that doesnt work after awhile.

I get migraines a lot also.. you have to know what triggers them for me its things such as sunlight, and being on the computer or my phone for long periods of time... i turn the backlight on my phone off. Watch the things you eat like cheese and chocolate. Sometimes ice coffee helps a lot.
