birth control

Once you have your baby in the hospital can you ask the doctors to get you on birth control or Aleast get it started my mom is really aggy she talking about me getting my tubes tied which I don't wanna do I want the iud is it possible the doc can set me up on birth control or do I have to go somewhere else to do that

They will talk to you about it at 6 weeks...Most states will not tie your tubes if your under the age of 25

For some reason when my sister had her first baby in New Mexico , she was a teen then I yhink about 17 . Well , when she had my nephew the same day they put her the depo shot but crazy thing is they didn't even ask her if she wanted it she said they just gave her the shot and then they told her what it was lol

They'll discuss birth control at your 6 week check up.  They recommend no sex before then so your body can heal.

That's how long my Dr had me wait. If your still bleeding you don't want to mess it up by putting an iud in

my doctor actually put me on birth control at my daughters 2 week checkup he put me on the depo shot
