I've been taking Loestrin birth control pills for only a week and I had unprotected sex is there a possibiliy I could become pregnant?

I think my doctor told me to use protection for the first few weeks or was it a month??? IDK it was a long long time ago:) But she did say that it would take a little while to become effective so.....very possible especialy during the big "O"

it is possible to be pregnant if you were only on them for a week, most birthcontrol takes 2 or so weeks to go through your body. so def chance, and as nate said you can fall preg at anytime i was on birthcontrol and fell pregnant and i was on them for a while.

there is always a possibility....since uve only been taking them for a week im not sure ur body has enough of the hormones to 'protect' you. from experience though, i was on loestrin for 2 years and i got pregnant...its not 100% effective
