I had it and was sent to a specialist who told me not to worry unless you still have it further into your pregnancy. As your baby get bigger it cause your uterus to shift and your placenta will most of the time move up and out of the way of your cervix. When I went back a month later it had moved up and I had a normal pregnancy and delivery.
I had it except mine was partial and didn't fully cover my cervix. My midwife never told me I couldn't so anything different than before so I still had sex and did everything normal. My placenta moved by 28 weeks. I would consult your doctor and see if there are thongs that you should avoid doing.
I had placenta previa. Most likely it will move up as mine did. Follow doctors orders til other wise no heavy lifting no sex and other things. Good luck!!
