Pregnancy is what's going on babe lol. I'm 36w and I've been getting those pains for weeks now. Everything you described. I'm not dilated but 75% thinned. Back pain could be a sign of back labor. I've been getting those and they hurt so bad i just wanna cry.

It's not a bad thing. It's normal. You can start to dilate as early as six weeks before your due date. I got checked at 33 weeks and I was already dilated to 1 1/2. I'm now 34 weeks and at 2cm dilated. You don't need to worry unless your contractions start coming 3-5 mins apart or id your water breaks. Then go to l&d

Yes you can. Usually you start to dilate before your water breaks or you lose your mucous plug.
