As long as your not cramping, passing blood clots or bleeding dark red I wouldn't worry.. When woman are pregnant the hormone changes in their body cause increased blood flow to the blood vessels in the uterus, vagina and cervix. What your probably experiencing is just some spotting from hormonal changes. I am going through the same thing right now and I will be 13 weeks in less than 20 mins.. ;) If you begin bleeding heavy or passing clots, I would go to the ER ASAP!

I'm confused if you are a little over two weeks it wouldn't be far enough along to tell on a pregnancy test or see anything on an ultrasound. If you are 2 weeks past your missed period you are six weeks pregnant.

Either way spotting early in pregnant can be normal but if it is accompanied with pain, cramping or lots of blood than it's probably a miscarriage.

It could be something bad such as the beginning of a miscarriage or it could be nothing to worry about. I would contact your doctor and schedule an appointment just to make sure. Good luck and I hope everything is okay.

if your already pregnant then its not implantation bleeding.. spotting is normal. If you get heavy bleeding with clots thats when you should be concerned.. and speaking from experience as long as the cramps arent very painful your good..
